Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate logistics for events, including transportation, storage, and delivery of equipment and supplies.
2. Plan and manage event layouts, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
3. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
4. Conduct site visits to assess event logistics requirements.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with logistics providers, including transportation companies and warehouses.
6. Manage inventory of event equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
7. Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth event execution.
8. Troubleshoot logistical issues that may arise during events.
9. Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including delivery schedules and inventory management.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
1. Relevant Certificates and experience
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills
